Modern technologies, such as computers, smartphones, and tablets, have become an integral part of everyday life. However, their excessive use can lead to negative health consequences, including fatigue, vision impairment, weakened immunity, and nervous system disorders. This article explores the main problems associated with prolonged screen exposure and suggests preventive methods using medicinal plants. The beneficial properties of plants such as chamomile, mint, green tea, calendula, rosehip, and others are described. The importance of their use for detoxification, stress relief, and immune system support is emphasized.
